I am oh so excited to play with Tim Holtz Distress Oxides and many of the other stuff from ideology.
So a few things I've learnt that are helpful as tips:
1) Do not be afraid to mix with this. They blend well and will look really soft as it dries
2) It dries in a slightly different color than when it first goes down. Because they ultimately do react with the water vapor in the air, it is important to note that the final outcome will be a lighter and more "oxidized". If you wanted a much more "bold look", then the distress inks are what you might want to reach for instead. The colors for distress oxides ends up much more muted.
